Why the same syllabus costs seven times more at one school than another
Compare five analytics courses and you will find near-identical module lists. Excel, Power Query, SQL, Python with pandas, descriptive statistics, Power BI, sometimes Tableau. The syllabus is settled and has been for years.
What moves the price is delivery. Classroom space in a metro costs money. So do small batches, one-to-one mentoring, and a placement team that makes calls on your behalf. A ₹1.48 lakh classroom programme in Bangalore is not selling different SQL. It is selling a room, a cohort you meet in person, and staff.
That can be worth it. Just know which of the two you are buying, because the marketing page will present both as the same product.
What the market charges in 2026
Several schools in this category do not publish a fee at all and route you to a counsellor instead. Treat an unpublished price as a negotiation, and ask for the number in writing before you share a phone number.

There is no single best analytics course in India. There is a best one for your budget, your schedule and how much hand-holding you need.

PrepNPlaced runs Data Analytics Zero to Hero at ₹20,000. Cohort 1 starts 26 September 2026 and finishes 29 November 2026: 18 classes, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10am IST, 40 seats, 54 hours of live teaching.
SQL takes about 40% of the class time. That is a deliberate imbalance, because SQL is what analyst interviews screen on, and a course that spreads its hours evenly across five tools leaves you weak on the one that decides the interview.
You build three projects in class and publish them to your own GitHub: a SQL project, a Python exploratory analysis, and a Power BI capstone. It is a cheaper and shorter course than most on this page, and that cuts both ways. There is no classroom, no six-month runway, and no year-long placement desk. If you want those, the classroom programmes above are the honest answer.
Reading a placement claim
Placement percentages in this category are mostly unaudited. A school choosing its own denominator can turn almost any outcome into a high number, usually by counting only students who completed every module and opted into placement support.
