These terms govern your use of PrepNPlaced.com, CareerOS, paid and free learning experiences, AI workflows, LinkedIn automation, and related services.

Acceptance Of Terms

  • By accessing PrepNPlaced.com or using CareerOS, courses, AI tools, LinkedIn automation, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the services.
  • You must use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Accounts And Eligibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account, enrolling, making payments, or connecting third-party integrations.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security risk, fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.

CareerOS And AI Outputs

  • PrepNPlaced provides career preparation tools, AI-assisted workflows, resume support, job search support, mock interview practice, learning resources, and automation features.
  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific employer, role, or public post. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before use.
  • PrepNPlaced does not guarantee job offers, interview selection, salary outcomes, placement results, or social media performance.

LinkedIn Automation

  • LinkedIn automation is designed for official API-based content planning, draft generation, image generation, approval, scheduling, publishing, and post-publish notifications.
  • You are responsible for the content you approve or publish and for complying with LinkedIn policies, applicable law, and professional standards.
  • PrepNPlaced does not provide fake engagement automation, mass commenting, scraping, spam, impersonation, or platform-abusive behavior.
  • Posting and notification features may fail or be delayed because of third-party API outages, permission changes, token expiry, provider limits, or incorrect account configuration.

Google And Email Notifications

  • If you connect Gmail, you authorize PrepNPlaced to use Gmail send permission only for service-related notification emails connected to your automation workflow.
  • You may disconnect or revoke Google access from your Google Account settings.
  • PrepNPlaced may also use server-side SMTP or other email providers to send service messages such as enrollment, payment, and publish notifications.

Payments, Courses, And Enrollments

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.
  • Course access, webinar access, and enrollment benefits may depend on successful payment verification, user identity, and operational availability.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to the specific course, webinar, or offer terms communicated at purchase or by support.

User Content And Responsibilities

  • You retain responsibility for resumes, job descriptions, prompts, drafts, images, comments, messages, and other content you submit or approve.
  • Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, confidential without permission, hateful, abusive, spammy, or harmful.
  • You grant PrepNPlaced permission to process your content as needed to provide the services, operate integrations, generate outputs, store drafts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

Service Availability

  • We aim to keep PrepNPlaced reliable, but services may be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, network problems, provider limits, or security events.
  • Features may change, improve, be limited, or be discontinued over time.
  • Beta features may have additional limitations and may not be suitable for mission-critical use.

Limitation Of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepNPlaced is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages.
  • PrepNPlaced is not responsible for employer decisions, job marketplace changes, third-party platform actions, OAuth provider restrictions, payment provider issues, or user-approved public content outcomes.
  • Your use of the services is at your own discretion and risk.

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
