Refund Policy

Simple version: if a plan is not right for you, tell us within 7 days and you get your money back, with no reason needed (once per account). Cohort seats: within 7 days or until the second live class after you pay, whichever comes first. The details for recordings, the Learn Pass, LinkedIn packs and 1:1 mentorship are below.

Plans

  • Job Seeker and Pro Auto-Pilot plans are covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund, counted from the date of payment.
  • If you decide within 7 days that it is not for you, you get your money back. You do not need to give a reason.
  • This refund is available once per account. Plans are one payment and nothing renews, so there is never a later charge to refund.

Course Cohorts

  • Cohort seats (AI-Powered Data Engineering and Data Analytics Zero to Hero) are refundable within 7 days of payment, or until the second live class after you pay, whichever comes first.
  • If you attended one live class and it was not what you expected, you are still covered. That class is on us.
  • Cohort seats freed by refunds may be offered to the waitlist.

Recordings and the Learn Pass

  • Bought on or after 1 October 2026: the ₹99 recording and the ₹499 Learn Pass are refundable within 7 days of payment, as long as you have opened no more than one recording.
  • Bought before 1 October 2026: the 7-day, no-questions-asked refund you bought under still applies.

Score Your LinkedIn Packs

  • The Score Your LinkedIn packs are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions: the full pack, the expert review, the upgrade from one to the other, and a second role for a profile that already has a pack. The rules in this section apply to them in place of the plan terms above.
  • ₹199 full pack: refunded automatically if your report fails to generate. Otherwise refundable within 7 days of payment on request, once per account.
  • ₹1,499 expert review: refunded in full, automatically, if Durgesh's review is not delivered within 24 hours of your completed intake form — and you still get the review.
  • The expert review is also refundable on request at any time before you submit the intake form. After delivery, a defect gets a free re-review first.
  • The ₹1,300 upgrade from the full pack to the expert review follows the expert review rules above.
  • ₹99 second role: refunded automatically if the report for that role fails to generate. Otherwise refundable within 7 days of payment on request, once per account, the same as the full pack.
  • To claim: email support@prepnplaced.com from your registered email with the subject "Refund request" and the order id from your receipt (it starts with LIOPT). Automatic refunds need no email.
  • A refund you ask for is acknowledged within 48 hours and decided within 2 working days of that acknowledgement, by our grievance officer at support@prepnplaced.com. There is no "at our discretion" step: the rules above are the whole test.
  • Pack refunds start within 1 working day of that decision and reach you in 5 to 10 working days (UPI up to 5, cards up to 7).

1:1 Mentorship

  • The 1:1 mentorship programmes are not sold through the website checkout. Their fees and refund terms are agreed with Durgesh on the intro call and confirmed to you in writing, and those written terms apply.

How To Claim

  • Email support@prepnplaced.com from your registered email with the subject "Refund request".
  • Include the payment reference or the email you used at checkout. That is all we need — no reason, no forms, no calls.
  • You will get an acknowledgement within 48 hours.

Grievance Officer

  • Complaints about a payment, a refund, or anything written on this page go to our grievance officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
  • Grievance Officer — support@prepnplaced.com. Write from your registered email with "Grievance" in the subject line and the order id from your receipt.
  • Every grievance is acknowledged within 48 hours of reaching that address, and closed within 30 days of that acknowledgement.
  • PrepNPlaced, HBR Layout, Bangalore, India.
  • Two refunds need no complaint at all: a Score Your LinkedIn pack whose report fails to generate, and an expert review delivered late, are both reversed automatically by the system.

Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of acknowledgement.
  • The amount returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and the payment provider.
  • Plan access continues until the refund is processed; course access ends when the refund is initiated.

Fair Use

  • No questions asked means exactly that. The plan refund is once per account, and repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of any product may be declined as abuse.
  • Free products (Free Lessons, Coding Practice, free webinars, free tools) have no payments and therefore nothing to refund.
  • This policy works together with our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on refunds, this page wins.
