Refund Policy

Simple version: if a paid PrepNPlaced product is not right for you, tell us within 7 days and you get your money back. No reason needed.

The Promise

  • Every paid purchase on PrepNPlaced — premium subscriptions and course cohorts — is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
  • If you decide within 7 days of payment that it is not for you, you get your money back. You do not need to give a reason.
  • This applies to your first payment and to renewal payments alike, counted from the date of that specific payment.

Course Cohorts

  • Cohort purchases (such as Engineering Analytics) are refundable within 7 days of payment, or up to the start of the second live session — whichever comes first.
  • If you attended the first session and it was not what you expected, you are still covered. That first session is on us.
  • Cohort seats freed by refunds may be offered to the waitlist.

How To Claim

  • Email support@prepnplaced.com from your registered email with the subject "Refund request".
  • Include the payment reference or the email you used at checkout. That is all we need — no reason, no forms, no calls.
  • You will get an acknowledgement within 2 business days.

Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of acknowledgement.
  • The amount returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and the payment provider.
  • Subscription access continues until the refund is processed; course access ends when the refund is initiated.

Fair Use

  • No questions asked means exactly that — but repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product may be declined as abuse.
  • Free products (Free Lessons, Coding Practice, free webinars, free tools) have no payments and therefore nothing to refund.
  • This policy works together with our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on refunds, this page wins.
