Do I have to add applications manually?
No. Jobs you save in Find Jobs and apply to with Naukri Auto Apply appear automatically. You can also add any application you sent elsewhere by hand.
What stages does the tracker use?
Saved, Applied, Screening, Interview, and Offer, plus Rejected and Archived for closed applications.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?
It fills itself from your job-search activity, shows a funnel and response rates, reminds you to follow up, and gives AI advice on what to fix, which a blank spreadsheet cannot do.
Can it tell me why I'm not getting interviews?
It reads your funnel and flags likely causes. A high apply count with zero interviews usually points to a resume or targeting problem, and it links you to the tool that fixes it.
